UK: 23.5 % of advertising budgets are spent on Internet vs 21.9% on TV - According to The Guardian

According to The Guardian, 23.5 % of advertising budgets are spent on Internet vs 21.9% on TV.

This is the first "big" economy where this shift has taken place, and obviously speeded up due to the recession

TV ad spending is reduced with 17% the last 6 months.
